Eden House Family Centre, part of CLASS UK Ltd, is a specialist residential family assessment centre dedicated to supporting parents and their children in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. We provide high-quality parenting assessments for families, working closely with Local Authorities and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.


Our centre offers a homely and supportive setting where families can live together while receiving tailored guidance, assessment, and support. We believe that every family deserves the opportunity to grow, develop, and reach their full potential.

Our mission is to deliver fair, balanced, and evidence-based parenting assessments within an empowering and supportive environment.

What We Do

We provide a range of specialist services designed to support both parents and children, including:

  • Residential parenting assessments (typically 12–20 weeks)
  • Tailored parenting and life skills programmes
  • Therapeutic support, including access to qualified psychotherapists
  • Support with mental health, trauma, and emotional wellbeing
  • Domestic abuse awareness and intervention programmes
  • Health, wellbeing, and child development education
  • Community-based assessments and outreach support following placement

Our Approach

The Home

Eden House offers high-quality, comfortable accommodation designed to feel safe, welcoming, and homely. Families have access to:

  • Self-contained family flats and private rooms
  • Communal living spaces for support and interaction
  • A dedicated nursery playroom and outdoor play area
  • Safe and structured environments for learning and development

Our centre is staffed 24 hours a day, ensuring continuous support, guidance, and safeguarding for all families.


Safeguarding and Standards

The safety and well-being of children is at the heart of everything we do. We operate in line with national legislation and best practice guidance, including the Residential Family Centres Regulations and safeguarding frameworks.

Our highly trained staff team follows robust safeguarding procedures, ensuring that all children and families are protected, supported, and treated with dignity and respect at all times.
